How to use the it works body wrap properly to ensure the best results possible!

 

I have used so many Body wraps and I want to share with you what it takes to get the best results possible from the It Works Ultimate body applicator! The it works Ultimate body applicator is incredible for loose skin, cellulite, scars, stretch marks & more! So many times I get clients coming back saying they didn't get the results they expected, when I go over their wrap routine I usually find some flaws or missed steps. So, I have put together a great guide to follow when using your wraps. Do not skip these steps and tell me that it didn't work for you! 

 

When you first purchase the it works ultimate body applicator there are a few things you should always remember. First, One wrap is a sample while one full box of 4 is a full treatment. Some people may need one full treatment, while others may need two on any given area. Consistency is key with all of the It Works Products and well... anything, Really. Second, the It Works Ultimate body applicator isn't a weightloss device. While you may loose inches with the first wrap, it is not guaranteed & we do have a long list of other Detox and weightloss products available to help you reach your goals. Always, Sensible eating habits will also boost your results.

 

so let's start with when NOT to wrap. Your body retains water durning your menstration cycle so this is a really bad time to wrap. Those who wrap during their time of the month often dont see results because your body isn't moving the wrap ingredients. As with pregnant or lactating women, the herbal ingredients in the wrap haven't been researched in the excretion of breast milk. Just in case, let's avoid giving our babies herbs they don't need unless cleared by a physician.

 

Let's Start WRAPPING! Choose one area to wrap on your body at a time. ie: Arms, thighs, calves, stomach, chin, breasts, bottom.

 

Always take before and after photos for yourself so that you can visibly see your results with every single it works body wrap that you do. Why? This is a very important step when you don't feel like your results are moving along at all. The comparison photos side by side will show you that consistency is key. Seeing the difference from before and after will boost your confidence and push you to keep going! I use ribbet.com, or Photocollage for apple to make my before and after photos.

 

Have a nice warm shower or bath to open those pores! you want your body to take in as much of the body applicator cream as possible! I like to use our It Works Cleanser on the target area to ensure my skin is nice and squeaky clean. After cleansing Thouroughly dry the area.

 

Open the applicator package by cutting closely to the top on the dotted line. Take out the body wrap, and unfold.

 

Apply the body wrap cream side down to ensure a secure cling fit and good contact on the skin. make sure as much of the target area is covered by the applicator as possible.

 

To secure the It Works Body Wrap in place you can use Fab Wrap, Saran wrap, a bandage or tight clothing. You just want to make sure it doesnt slip too much during the process.

 

Wear your It Works Body Wrap for a minimum 45 minutes. After your first one, provided there is no irritation you may wear them for up to 8 hours. I like to wear mine while I sleep because I don't move or sweat & i can take it off when I wake up in the morning. You don't want to do too much while you wear the wrap. You want the cream to absorb into your skin, not sweat out.

 

Drink Water! This is not a water loss product, It it very important that you drink at least HALF your body weight in ounces of water daily while you wrap & for 72 hours afterwards. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove the applicator when your time is up and Discard the body wrap. (They are single use and are not able to be re-used)

 

Rub in the extra cream and let it soak into the skin for longer firming and toning.

 

Last but not least... Compare your before and after photos!

 

You must be consistent with the body wraps! What if nothing happens?

 

Although most begin to see improvements and inch loss after the first application, some may take up to 3-4 applications to achieve optimal results. Those who are on medication and/or who have toxic systems (i.e., are not regular) may fit in this category. Inch loss is not the only benefit from the Applicator. It also defines, tightens, tones and firms the skin, and visibly enhances the body's contours. It also diminishes the appearance of cellulite and skin slackening. Improves the elasticity, moisturizes and vitalizes the skin, leaving it smooth and flexible, with a youthful and fresh appearance. The applicator is always working on something!

 

What if I gain inches?

 

Don’t be alarmed…this is actually a good thing! The Applicator will cause the toxins in the body to get stirred up, which will initially cause the body to bloat and produce an apparent gain in inches. Drinking a large amount of water within the next couple of days following the use of the Applicator will allow the body to flush the toxins and many have then seen a significant inch loss as a result!
